Does The Anti Snoring Pillow Really Work?

I suffered from snoring for 10 years before I found the perfect cure for my problem.  My wife and I tried just about any and all anti snoring devices on the market before I found the one that actually did what it claimed to do.  One of the products I tested was the anti snoring pillow.

The Anti Snoring Pillow

In my quest to find the best anti snoring remedies I came across an ad on television for a pillow that claimed to be able to stop your snoring for good.  The name of the product was the snore no more pillow.

When I saw the commercial I became curious and did a little research of my own online.  I read some reviews of people who claimed to have had success with the pillow. I also read some articles and visited a few websites before I decided to go ahead and try it out for myself.  So, with credit card in hand, I ordered a stop snoring pillow (I did NOT order the snore no more pillow).

The anti snoring pillow I ordered arrived shortly after that and I was anxious to try it out.  My snoring was getting out of hand and me and my wife were not getting the sleep that we needed to do our jobs the best we could do (I didn’t want to be the cause of us getting fired from our jobs because we would both wake up feeling like crap because we didn’t get enough sleep).

Let me say that I coudn’t have been more disappointed.  Of all the reading I did I would have thought that stop snoring pillows would have been the Holy Grail of anti snoring devices.  Turns out this isn’t so.  The pillow I used just didn’t work.

First of all the pillow I received was hard as a rock.  I don’t know how in the world you are supposed to be comfortable on one of these things.

Secondly the pillow was supposed to keep my head in a certain position so that it would keep my airway more open to allow me to breathe better and therefore  stop snoring.  It didn’t do that.  I move a little in my sleep (I don’t know anyone who doesn’t) and when I did I would move out of the position that the pillow was supposed to keep me in.  So the second I moved I would begin snoring again.

Bottom line is that of all the products I tried the anti snoring pillow is one that I had the least amount of success with.

What I DO Recommend

I am having a ton of success with an anti snoring spray that was recommended to me by a mattress salesman I met about 2 months ago.  It’s an all natural spray that really clears me up and opens my airway so that my snoring has been completely elimintated.  My wife and I love it and I can’t recommend it enough.  Try it out for yourself. You won’t be disapointed.
